Not Satisfied With Your Order?
Got a case of buyer’s remorse? It happens. Maybe the item wasn’t quite what you expected, or maybe your shopping cart got a little too confident. Either way, we’re here to help.
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Undamaged
- In the original packaging
A 25% restocking fee applies to returned items.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, packaging costs, gas, and any quality time spent standing in line at the post office are not covered.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at:
Please include:
- Your order number
- Your reason for return
- Your contact information
Returned items must be shipped in a trackable package.
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it. If everything checks out, your refund will be processed minus the 25% restocking fee.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible.

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos may be requested so we can review the problem and make it right.
Custom Items
Custom items are made just for you, which means they cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you have questions about whether your item qualifies as custom, please contact us before placing your order.
Fraudulent or Suspicious Orders
Orders flagged as potentially fraudulent may be delayed, canceled, or require verification before being fulfilled.
If an order cannot be verified, it may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.
Chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent claims may result in the customer account being restricted from future purchases.
No Exceptions
All returns must follow this policy. No exceptions — not even if you say “pretty please.”
