Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Business days do not include weekends, holidays, or days when the shipping gremlins decide to cause chaos.
During busy seasons, promotions, product launches, or high-volume order periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier.
Once your order is with the carrier, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected, your location, weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other events outside of our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear. Sometimes tracking likes to play hide-and-seek before finally updating.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, household members, your local post office, or the shipping carrier.
We recommend contacting the carrier directly for missing or delayed package issues.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or being unclaimed, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to have the order resent.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the damaged packaging and item.
We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.
Custom Orders
Custom orders may require additional processing time.
Because custom items are made specifically for you, shipping times may vary depending on the details of the order.
No Exceptions
All shipping policies apply to every order. No exceptions — not even if you bribe the mailman with snacks.
